超然咖啡食品有限公司是澳门超然国际集团有限公司（下简称超然国际）投资成立，以“莲花”为品牌专业从事生产、销售咖啡及咖啡用品的生产及贸易型公司。超然咖啡于两年前开始积极筹备，耗资近千万澳门币，先址圆一街中纺工业大厦创办厂房，引进目前欧洲最先进的焙炒设备和技术，同时吸收国内咖啡界专业的技术及管理人才从事产品的生产、销售及进出口事宜。
